Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and lift bent elbows in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing each other.Step 2: Rotate torso and arms together diagonally up toward left.
Step3: Repeat 3 times then repeat same steps on the right.
